چکیده

Abstract Outflows and winds launched from young stars play a crucial role in the evolution of protostars early stages planet formation. However, specific details mechanism behind these phenomena, including how they affect protoplanetary disk structure, are still debated. We present JWST NIRSpec integral field unit observations atomic H 2 lines 1 to 5.1 μ m toward low-mass protostar TMC1A. For first time, collimated jet is detected TMC1A [Fe ii ] line at 1.644 along with corresponding extended 2.12 emission. Toward protostar, we spectrally broad i He emissions velocities up 300 km s −1 that can be explained by combination protostellar accretion wide-angle wind. The continuum dust emission, , O all show emission illuminated outflow cavity wall scattered These demonstrate potential characterize reveal new information about hot inner regions nearby protostars; this case, previously undetected wind ionized well-known outflow.

Polarimetric Differential Imaging of the Class I Protostar

We present near-IR Adaptive Optics (AO) dual polarimetric observations of Elias 2–29, a Class I protostar in the Rho Ophiuchi star forming region. The main goal of these observations is to analyze the close environment of Elias 2–29 in order to derive the properties of its circumstellar disk and envelope. Elias 2–29 is known to be surrounded by circumstellar material (e.g. Boogert et al. 2000)....

Spatially Resolved Chemistry in Nearby Galaxies I

We have imaged emission from the millimeter lines of eight molecules—C2H, C 34S, N2H +, CH3OH, HNCO, HNC, HC3N, and SO—in the central half kiloparsec of the nearby spiral galaxy IC 342. The 5 (∼ 50 pc) resolution images were made with the Owens Valley Millimeter Array (OVRO). Using these and previously published CO and HCN images we obtain a picture of the chemistry within the nuclear region on...

Detection of hard X-rays from a Class I protostar in the HH24-26 region in the Orion Molecular Cloud

We observed the HH24-26 region in the L1630 Orion molecular cloud complex with the X-ray observatory ASCA in the 0.5−10 keV band. X-ray emission was detected from the T Tauri star SSV61 and from the region where the Class I protostars SSV63E and SSV63W are located (hereafter SSV63E+W). The spectra of both SSV63E+W and SSV61 are well explained by an optically thin thermal plasma model. The spect...

The spatially resolved refractometer.

PURPOSE To investigate factors controlling the aberrations of the eye, including accommodation, wavelength, and the apodization of the optics of the eye by cone directional selectivity. METHODS We constructed a new implementation of the Spatially Resolved Refractometer (SRR). This is an instrument, based on the Scheiner principle, that allows the rapid psychophysical measurement of the comple...

Spatially Resolved Galaxy Star Formation and its Environmental Dependence I

We use the photometric information contained in individual pixels of 44,964 (0.019 < z < 0.125 and −23.5 < Mr < −20.5) galaxies in the Fourth Data Release (DR4) of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey to investigate the effects of environment on galaxy star formation (SF). We use the pixel-z technique, which combines stellar population synthesis models with photometric redshift template fitting on the ...
